Our newly restructured 3 apartments (BUTTERFLY, ACQUAMARINE and HUNDERTWASSER) are all located into the same building. Each apartment is a fully independent flat; couples get those privacy, private bathrooms, etc. And still you can have nice dinner altogether into BUTTERFLY apartment which is bigger than others. House and apartment details
The flat is located into
19’th century historical house. The house fasade is shortly rennovated. We restructured the flat recently in
2009. Apartment design was thought to be as "modern design apartment". All appliances were changed and newly installed.
If you like modern style than you will love straight lines and specially designed bathroom. We hope all that is comfortable for you. |

The streen Kolblgasse is very quite, the windows are anyway facing the internal courtyard, looking at south. Best wishes and
