All our flats are centrally located within distinct districts of Vienna.
It is always easy and fast to reach main site-seeing areas.
We also keep high standards of internal decoration so you stay in Vienna as at your own home.
Our flats are inside 19’th century historical houses. We restructured flats in
2008 and 2009, all appliances were changed and when possible old-fashioned doors
and some parts were kept to save the historical value of location, but
not compromising that it is comfortable for you.

If you are traveling in a group up to 11 people, we offer a special arrangement for you. Our newly restructured 3 apartments (BUTTERFLY, ACQUAMARINE, HUNDERTWASSER) are all located into the same building. Each apartment is a fully independent flat; couples get those privacy, private bathrooms, etc. And still you can have nice dinner altogether into BUTTERFLY apartment which is bigger than others. You can check apartment details on our website and book them. You are welcome to contact us for special offers.
Depends which of our apartments you would like to rent, it could be a pleasant cozzy and romantic apartment (as GARDEN Apartment),
or a flat recalling old fashioned Vienna (as IMPERIAL Apartment), or you can take one of our design apartments ACQUAMARINE, HUNDERTWASSER, BUTTERFLY)
